Shortly after the release of the audio and visual of “Gbagbe Oshi” a new tune “Maga To Mugu” featuring Simi off the Davido’s “Son Of Mercy” surfaces. With this one, we can say aside the Bahd guy, Simi has a good chemistry with Davido; as the dueting is beyond par.
The Kiddominant produced tune is surely going to increase the anticipation for the Extended Play project.
The song also samples a rhythm from the popular Soukous song “Coupé Bibamba” by Awilo Longomba in an interesting manner.

MOURINHO TAKES TV PUNDIT JOB AFTER DENYING LINK TO BENEFICA

Jose Mourinho will appear as a television pundit for beIN SPORTS, the broadcaster has confirmed.
Mourinho was sacked by Manchester United last month and the Red Devils have won all five games under interim replacement Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
The Portuguese has denied he is set to return to the Primeira Liga by taking charge of Benfica, while returns to either Inter or Real Madrid have also been mooted.
"I do not like feeding news stories, but I have no intention of working in Portugal," he said to Correio da Manha on Thursday. "The best way to respect a great club [Benfica] and a great president is to say that I was not approached."
But Mourinho is back in work after agreeing a deal with beIN that will see him cover Premier League and Asian Cup matches for the broadcaster.
Mourinho's first appearance on beIN will be for Thursday's Asian Cup group stage fixture between Qatar and Saudi Arabia.
He will resume punditry duties two days later for a Premier League clash between Arsenal and Chelsea, one of his former clubs.
Mourinho is no newcomer to punditry work as he was part of Russia-based RT's coverage for the 2018 World Cup.

EMERY UNSURE OF CECH’S ARSENAL FUTURE

Arsenal head coach Unai Emery does not know whether veteran goalkeeper Petr Cech will be at the Premier League club next season.
Cech is out of contract at the end of the campaign and the 36-year-old is facing an uncertain future in London.
He has found opportunities limited behind Bernd Leno, having started the season as Emery's first-choice keeper prior to a hamstring injury in September.
Cech is set to start Saturday's FA Cup clash against Blackpool and when asked about the Czech Republic international's future, Emery – who played down links with Real Madrid keeper Keylor Navas – told reporters: "I don't know now.
"This is a question for the club and the player to deal with our necessary things with the goalkeeper.
"But when he played at the start of the season, he did very well. He was very good behaviour, commitment and performance. Then when he had the injury Leno started playing with a big performance also and then he recovered his position on the bench.
"But I am happy with him. All situations like this, we will speak with the player and with the club but at the moment, I want his focus the same, each training, each match.
"He is going to play Saturday to give us his performance and then we are going to decide also within what is the best for him and for the club."

BALE NOWHERE NEAR BEING A REAL MADRID LEADER

Gareth Bale lacks the qualities to be the leader Real Madrid need now that Cristiano Ronaldo is not at the club, according to former forward Predrag Mijatovic.
The injured Bale had to be taken off at half-time of Thursday's 2-2 LaLiga draw with Villarreal, when Madrid were leading 2-1.
It was the 11th occasion this season that the Wales international has been substituted in the top flight and the 15th in all competitions, underlining the persistent problems he has had with injuries over the last three campaigns in particular.
And Mijatovic, who won four trophies with Madrid between 1996 and 1999, has questioned whether Bale can fill the void left by record goalscorer Ronaldo, who joined Juventus in a €112million deal in July.
"It's a shame about Bale," Mijatovic told El Larguero."I like him, but he is nowhere near being a leader at a team like Real Madrid after Cristiano's exit. It is worrying that he injures himself so often."
Mijatovic was left dumbfounded by the substitutions made by head coach Santiago Solari in the draw at Estadio de la Ceramica, in which Santi Cazorla scored the crucial equaliser in the 82nd minute.
Luka Modric, who had been battling flu in the build-up to the game, was replaced by Federico Valverde 64 minutes in, while Vinicius Junior was a late attacking change for Toni Kroos.
"If a player starts the game and feels good, [let him continue]," said Mijatovic. "If he asks to be substituted, then that is one thing, but if not, I do not understand.
"The substitution of Modric was wrong. I don't understand Kroos' substitution, either."
The result means Madrid are fourth in the table, seven points behind leaders Barcelona after 17 matches.
Mijatovic, scorer of the winning goal in the 1998 Champions League final against Juventus, admits it is tough to watch Madrid struggling this term.
"I find it hard to watch Real Madrid this year," he said. "They were good in the first half and when we all thought they were going to carry on, there was a disastrous second half and no play."
However, Mijatovic does not expect Madrid to spend money in the January transfer window, adding: "I think that Madrid are not going to make any more signings. Signing a player who can offer a good performance will be difficult."

KLOPP ‘WOULD HAVE PAID MONEY’ TO BE FOUR POINTS CLEAR OF CITY AFTER BOTH FIXTURES

Jurgen Klopp says he "would have paid money" to be four points clear of Manchester City in the Premier League after two games against the champions this season.
City ran out 2-1 winners in their meeting at the Etihad Stadium on Thursday, moving them back to within four points of the leaders and inflicting a league defeat on the Reds for the first time this season.
Defeat saw Liverpool ultimately pass up the chance to go 10 clear of City, something that, in the eyes of many, would have effectively ended the hosts' title hopes.
As it was, Leroy Sane's 72nd-minute winner blew the title race open once again, as the German clinched victory after Roberto Firmino had cancelled out Sergio Aguero's emphatic opener.
Nevertheless, Klopp did not want to focus on the negative, adamant he never thought it possible to be clear of City after playing their two regulated Premier League fixtures.
"If someone had told me after both games against Man City that we were four points clear, I would have paid money for it, you cannot believe," Klopp told reporters.
"I didn't think it would be possible. Football is like this. If we win this [match] and are 10 points ahead and from that point win no games, then nothing happens. It's really important we take it game by game.
"If we would have won the title five times in the last 10 years, we would say; '100 percent [we'll win it]'. But we don't have experience in it, so why act like someone who wins all the time?
"We never won it as a team so we want to finish the season as good as possible, and that's alright, we can, we're still in a good position.
"It is all fine for us. Not in the moment, it feels really bad, but it is only a moment. Then we have an opportunity to work on it."
Liverpool looked sharper in midfielder after Fabinho had replaced James Milner in the 57th minute, though Klopp did not feel the Brazilian suited the system he wanted to start the match with.
"System wise it wasn't a real alternative in the beginning and we adapted well after we changed, only because Gini [Georginio Wijnaldum] played really well on the left wing, or half left wing, if you like," Klopp said.
"Hendo [Jordan Henderson] was really impressive, and offensively I think we already had more moments [than City] in the game [before Fabinho came on], that's what we showed the boys at half-time.
"Immediately [after half-time] we were a major threat for them. We came through, passed through, the chance of Sadio [Mane] was great.
"There were others moments when we took the ball and accelerated, not immediately passing, because if you can outplay the counter-press every team in the world struggles, even City.
"We had these moments and sometimes the cross wasn't good enough, or the pass – that happens. It's not about two players [Fabinho and Milner].
"You have to constantly work for momentum. That was the game today. There were a lot of really wild moments, a lot of rusty moments. It was really intense for both teams – they won, we lost, that's how it is sometimes."

JUVENTUS CONFIRMS INTEREST IN RAMSEY

Juventus have confirmed their interest in signing Aaron Ramsey but expect a number of Europe's top clubs to be vying for the Arsenal midfielder's signature.
With his contract expiring at the end of the season, Ramsey is free to speak to clubs outside of England about a free transfer and Juve have been strongly linked with a move.
Real Madrid, Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain have also been touted as potential destinations for the Wales international, but Juve are thought to be leading the race.
And Fabio Paratici, the Bianconeri's sporting director, says the Serie A leaders are monitoring Ramsey's situation as they look to strengthen Massimiliano Allegri's squad for the 2019-20 campaign.
"We start from an already high level, but we always look for ways to improve the team, we are open to market opportunities," he told Sky Sport Italia.
"He [Ramsey] is an excellent player, he has been playing at a high level for many years and plays for a great team. For now, that's it.
"He is a player whose contract is expiring, and, as I said before, we always pay attention to the situations offered by the transfer market because it is our duty, so we also pay attention to Ramsey.
"[A deal] is yet to be decided. Now, he is still an Arsenal player and we are certainly not the only ones interested."

RONALDO: AM NOT OBSESSED WiITH INDIVIDUAL PRIZES

Juventus star Cristiano Ronaldo insisted he was not obsessed with individual awards after enjoying another stellar year in 2018.
Ronaldo, 33, guided Real Madrid to a third straight Champions League success before his move to Juve, where he has scored 15 goals in 24 games.
But he was denied a sixth Ballon d'Or, finishing second to Madrid star Luka Modric, whose exploits for the LaLiga giants and Croatia saw him claim numerous individual honours.
Ronaldo said those prizes were not something he worried about, adding they often came if you led your team to success.
"I'm not obsessed with individual prizes," he told Record.
"The important thing is helping the team, always, and therefore the rest arrives naturally.
"I don't hide that I'm happy when I win but it's not the end of the world if it can't happen."

THE ONLY THING MESSI HASN’T SUCCEEDED AT IN 2018

Barcelona's main man has finished his year with a goal against Celta Vigo at the Camp Nou, bringing his total in 2018 to 51 goals.
However, there is little thing missing when it comes to his goals: a header. This is right, Leo Messi scored zero headers in 2018 calendar year. Last time the similar has happened was 11 years ago in 2007!
Well, at least Pele would have something to brag about with his recent argument about Messi scoring only with one foot seemingly validated.
Earlier in December, the Brazlian football legend made a very controversial statement, labelling Messi a 'one skill' player:
“How can you make a comparison between a guy who heads the ball well, shoots with the left, shoots with the right and another who only shoots with one leg, only has one skill and doesn’t head the ball well?” Pele told Brazilian daily newspaper, Folha de Sao Paulo, as cited by the Mirror.
Nevertheless, Messi has no intentions of slowing down when it comes to scoring goals. The Argentinian forward has already netted 15 this season in La Liga and looks set to continue his journey to another Pichichi award.
Messi has won the prize last season subsequently claiming the Golden Shoe for the record-breaking fifth time. Leo has scored 34 goals in La Liga last season getting ahead of Mohamed Salah (32) and Harry Kane (30).

‘CONFIRMED’ RODRYGO REJECTED BARCA’S OFFER TO JOIN REAL MADRID

In summer Real Madrid reached an agreement with Santos for the transfer of Rodrygo for €45m, with the player joining Los Blancos in June 2019 and signing until 2025. Barcelona - as well as other European top clubs - were also interested in the youngster. However, the Catalans' offer of €20m has been rejected by the Brazilian side.
Nick Arcuri, Rodrygo's agent, revealed why it was relatively easy for Los Blancos to sign the Brazilian talent: “Real Madrid reached an agreement with Santos faster than other club’s because it was Rodrygo’s childhood dream," said Arcuri as per Diario AS. “Barca and other clubs loved him but he listened to Madrid’s offer and had no doubts.”
Florentino Perez and Rodrygo.

Earlier this month, the Brazilian has finished fourth in the competition for the prestigious Kopa Trophy which recognizes the best young player in the world. The trophy has been awarded to Kylian Mbappe. Earlier this year, Rodrygo experienced an almost three-month goal drought in Brazil. In addition, he only managed one goal from June 7 to November 18
Rodrygo's favourite position is left winger - the one which is currently occupied by Ousmane Dembele with Malcom and Philippe Coutinho being two other options.

NO BARCA AGREEMENT WITH PSG STAR RABIOT

Barcelona have denied reaching an agreement to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Adrien Rabiot and dismissed allegations of impropriety in their transfer dealings.
Barca have been extensively linked with a move for Rabiot, whose contract at the Parc des Princes expires at the end of this season.
The 23-year-old withdrew from talks over an extension and has not started for the runaway Ligue 1 leaders since December 5, although head coach Thomas Tuchel insists that is a footballing decision.
PSG sporting director Antero Henrique claimed Rabiot "misled" the club over his intentions to re-sign and accused Barcelona of not following transfer rules, alleging a pre-contract agreement had been sought with the player outside of the permitted window in the final six months of a contract.
LaLiga champions Barca have released a statement in response, confirming they twice made contact with PSG over Rabiot but denying any further arrangement have been sought or agreed.
"FC Barcelona wish to address stories published in France regarding the signing of players from Paris Saint Germain, and make clear that they have not breached any rule in this regard," the statement read.
"The only contact made was during the month of August and one week ago. In both cases, this contact was made with PSG's sporting management to show FC Barcelona's interest in the player Adrien Rabiot.
"FC Barcelona have always wanted to work with the utmost transparency in their dealings with PSG and with any other club.
"FC Barcelona refute the existence of any type of agreement with PSG player Adrien Rabiot."
Barcelona are also reportedly in the running to sign highly rated Ajax midfielder Frenkie De Jong.

GUARDIOLA NOT CHANGING MAN CITY STYLE

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has no plans to change his style after back-to-back losses in the Premier League.
Ahead of a trip to Southampton on Sunday, City are 10 points behind league leaders Liverpool after suffering shock defeats against Crystal Palace and Leicester City.
But Guardiola said that was not enough to force him to change his attacking approach as City look for a return to form.
"That is not going to happen. It has not happened in the first years and it is not going to happen," he said.
"Why should I change? Because I lost two games? No way. That is not going to happen."
City broke multiple records in the Premier League last season, but they have already suffered more losses (three) this campaign.
Guardiola said he understood questions would come over his style, but added he worked quickly to work out his team's problems.
"Last season, I knew that when we were going to lose, we were going to doubt again that this is the right way," he said.
"It happened in Barcelona, where it was stable, or Bayern Munich, where we won a lot of titles but I failed because I did not win the Champions League.
"I know that's how it works in that situation, but I'm not concerned.
"When it happens, I'm a little sad and depressed for five, 10,  15 minutes and after I charge the batteries and discover why. Why do we lose? The same way as when we win. The game is nice for that: Why? why?"

KLOPP “ALMOST CRIED” AS SALAH LET FIRMINO TAKE PENALTY

Jurgen Klopp said he "almost cried" when Mohamed Salah let Roberto Firmino take Liverpool's second penalty to complete his hat-trick in Saturday's 5-1 demolition of Arsenal.
Arsenal were well and truly outclassed at Anfield despite taking an early lead through Ainsley Maitland-Niles, as the Reds moved nine points clear at the top of the table.
Firmino hit back with two quickfire goals, before Sadio Mane and Salah – from the penalty spot – had Liverpool 4-1 by half-time.
The Reds were given another penalty in the second half when Sead Kolasinac appeared to nudge Dejan Lovren to the ground, but Salah allowed Firmino to take it and he duly completed his first Premier League treble.
Klopp singled that moment out at full-time.
"We knew in the second half that the game wasn't finished, so we wanted to control it," Klopp told BBC Sport.
"Mo Salah gave the penalty to Bobby [Firmino] and I almost cried because we all know how much Mo wants to score goals. It was really nice."
Klopp was also keen to laud Liverpool's response to initially falling behind, as they bounced back emphatically and swiftly.
"The response [to going behind] was world class," Klopp said. "We stayed calm and really forced the mistakes.
"Firmino's second when Sadio [Mane] won the ball - wow. It was perfect defending."
Up next for Liverpool in the Premier League is a trip to defending champions Manchester City on January 3.

ASERNAL TO ASSESS MUSTAFI,MONREAL AND BELLERIN FOR LIVERPOOL CLASH

Shkodran Mustafi, Nacho Monreal and Hector Bellerin face late fitness tests ahead of Arsenal's trip to Premier League leaders Liverpool.
Arsenal have won one of their past four games in all competitions amid a defensive injury crisis that has seen Unai Emery forced to use Ainsley Maitland-Niles at the back.
But Mustafi, Monreal and Bellerin could give the Arsenal boss a boost for Saturday's visit to Anfield, with Liverpool six points clear at the top of the Premier League.
Arsenal said in a medical update on Friday that Monreal and Mustafi will have right hamstring injuries assessed ahead of the game, with Bellerin's left calf also to be tested.
Mustafi last played in the 1-0 win over Huddersfield Town on December 8, while Bellerin has been out since a 3-2 loss at Southampton on December 16 and Monreal missed the Boxing Day draw with Brighton and Hove Albion.
There were also reports Mesut Ozil, who has struggled to nail down a spot in team since Emery replaced Arsene Wenger, did not travel to Liverpool with the squad.
Liverpool will be without defender Joe Gomez and vice-captain James Milner, with the latter struggling to recover from a muscle injury.
But Mohamed Salah will be available to Jurgen Klopp after the Egypt star avoided punishment for winning a contentious penalty in the Reds' defeat of Newcastle United on Wednesday.

MESSI COMMENT ON REAL MADRID STRUGGLES AFTER RONALDO’S DEPARTURE

Messi has given a big interview for Spanish sports publication MARCA, discussing all the aspects of his life. One of the 'hot' subjects discussed was Cristiano Ronaldo's sensational move to Juventus during the summer transfer window and
the troubles it created for Real Madrid.
The Argentinian was asked whether he is surprised that Los Blancos miss Ronaldo so much. The answer followed:
"At the beginning of the season I said they are a great club, one of the best in the world and with a lot of great players, but anyone would miss Cristiano. He scores a lot of goals and gives you many other things so it doesn't surprise me." Naturally, Real Madrid have suffered severely without their best goalscorer: at some point during the tenure of Julen Lopetegui, Madrid even went on the notorious second-longest goalless drought which lasted for about eight hours. Los Blancos were without a goal for a MONTH. They were also without a win in La Liga for the same period of time, having lost three games in a row.

MESSI BACKS DEMBELE TO JOIN WORLD ELITE

Lionel Messi believes talented Barcelona team-mate Ousmane Dembele is a "phenomenon" capable of ranking among the best players in the world.
Dembele, 21, has scored seven goals in his second season in LaLiga and netted three times in four appearances prior to the mid-season break.
That excellent run of form stifled speculation over the France forward's future, his place at Camp Nou having been called into question following a range of disciplinary issues.
Messi lauded the World Cup winner's potential and insisted the club are committed to nurturing his development.
"On the pitch [Dembele] is a phenomenon and it depends on him [how good he becomes]," the Barca captain told Marca.
"He has all the opportunity in the world to do what he wants. He can be one of the best.
"On the other hand, he's a young guy who is adapting to the city and the club. The less you speak about it, the better. It's necessary to leave him so he can be calm.
"He has already realised his mistakes and has rectified them. We are going to help him focus on football."
Dembele appears increasingly likely to stay at Barca long-term and could be joined by promising Ajax youngsters Frenkie de Jong and Matthijs de Ligt.
Midfielder De Jong is tipped to link up with the Spanish champions at the end of the season while teenager De Ligt has been a mentioned as a possible defensive reinforcement.
Messi is certain the pair would fit comfortably into Ernesto Valverde's squad.
"They come from a school very similar to ours and they work in the same way. They play like us, with the ball," he said.
"They are young players with great precision. Two very good players."
